Brightmoor Senior Living is a personal care home located in Griffin, GA. Since the 1960's, we have provided a loving and caring home for the elderly.

Under the direction of the kitchen manager, you assist in planning and preparing all meals and snacks as well as establish and maintain a nutrious menu for our residents.

Our Dietary Aides are the face of our facility for our residents. We want to show them that we are visible and that we care about them!

The Position: Full-Time and part time

Full time is 6am-2pm.

Responsibilities:
·Prepare food in accordance with proper guidelines
·Maintain sanitation standards according to OAS guidelines and Department of Health regulations while operating equipment.
·Maintain adequate supplies for training/in-service sessions.
·Follow supervision – Accountability while working with staff.
·Adhere to policies and procedures related to shift hours, work time, break time, equipment usage as well as house rules.
·Perform tasks assigned by Supervisor including housekeeping tasks during scheduled shifts.
·Maintain all equipment properly including washing dishes etc..
·Keep all areas of the kitchen clean and sanitized at all times including the dining hall, service areas, etc
·Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
